Q: What is the minimum amount that I can order?
A: One case is the minimum order.
Q: How long does it take to ship my candy once the order is placed?
A: If the order is placed by 12:00 p.m. pst. it is usually shipped the same day. If not then the next business day.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: If the candy is in stock usually in about 3-4 business days. See Fedex transit time map for more details.
Q: Can I get my candy faster than 3-4 business days?
A: Yes, there is an option on the website for you to choose express shipping.
Q: Will I be notified when the package ships?
A: Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking numbers.
Q: How will you ship my order?
A: All candy shipments are handled by Fedex.
Q: What happens if the candy is not in stock?
A: Usually we have the candy in stock, but if for some reason it is not, we will contact you by phone or email.
Q: Can I get an extra discount for ordering large quantities?
A: If you are ordering 12 or more cases give us a call at 480-391-2637 and we will be happy to help you.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If the candy comes damaged or you are not happy at all with the quality of the candy, we will either refund your money or send you a replacement at no charge. If there are any other reasons for returning the candy, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Q: If I have a question about one of your products is there someone I can talk to?
A: Yes, you can reach our customer service department by calling 480-361-2637 pst. A representative will be available from 7:30-4:30 cst Monday-Friday.
Q: Is the website the only place I can place an order?
A: No, you can use the order form and fax it to us at 480-664-3492.
Q: What does Southwest Candy do with my personal information?
A: Southwest Candy does not share any customer information with outside parties. All information is used only by Sweet Services personell to facilitate processing candy orders.
