Ingredients
16 pieces bubblegum, preferably Bazooka, cut in half
2 cups (16 ounces) vodka
1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) freshly squeezed lemon juice (from ½ lemon)
1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) freshly squeezed lime juice (from ½ lime)
In large airtight container, combine bubblegum and vodka. Seal and allow to infuse, stirring every 6 hours, for 24 hours. Pour vodka through fine mesh strainer, discarding bubble gum.
In cocktail shaker, stir together 2 ounces bubblegum-infused vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white if using. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Although the very first commercially sold chewing gum was The State of Main Pure Spruce Gum in 1848 by John B. Curtis, there were variations of this which started as early as the ancient Greeks and Mayans. So be it sap from a tree, beeswax, or paraffin, the first chewing gum patent was awarded to William Finely Semple on Dec. 28th, 1869.
Double Bubble Bubble Gum finally came along in 1928 when an employee of the Frank Fleer Company, Walter Diemer, invented the pink colored bubble gum. That might annoy me if I worked for 22 years to do this myself!!
So here we stand today with the many varieties and flavors to offer our customers….
