A: If you receive the incorrect product or the item is damaged or not to your satisfaction contact us immediately. We will either issue a refund or replace the item at no extra charge. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason, we can only accept returns that are packaged in its original packaging. The cost of the item will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
